How does consignment work?

Tcgloots operates as a consignment service where sellers submit their trading cards to us. We review, approve, and list the cards on our marketplace. Once a card is sold, we handle the transaction and pay you your portion (minus our commission) after the sale is confirmed.

What are your fees?

We charge a 15% commission on all sales. This means if your card sells for S/ 100, you'll receive S/ 85. The commission covers our services including listing, marketing, transaction handling, and customer support.

How do I submit cards for consignment?

Create a seller account and use our submission form to provide details about your cards. You can submit individual cards or use our bulk CSV upload feature for multiple cards. Once submitted, our team will review your submission and approve listings that meet our quality standards.

What happens after I submit a card?

Your submission goes through several stages:

  • DRAFT: Your initial submission
  • SUBMITTED: Awaiting admin review
  • APPROVED: Approved for listing
  • RECEIVED: We've received the physical card
  • LISTED: Card is live on the marketplace
  • RESERVED: A buyer has reserved the card (24h to complete payment)
  • SOLD: Payment confirmed, sale complete
  • PAID_OUT: You've received your payout

How do I buy a card?

Browse our listings, use filters to find what you're looking for, and click "Reserve" on any card you want to purchase. This creates a 24-hour reservation. You'll receive payment instructions via WhatsApp. Complete your payment within 24 hours to confirm your purchase. If payment isn't confirmed, the reservation expires and the card becomes available again.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept payments via Yape, Plin, and bank transfers. After reserving a card, you'll receive detailed payment instructions and a WhatsApp contact link to coordinate the transaction.

How is shipping handled?

Shipping arrangements are coordinated directly with buyers and sellers via WhatsApp after a reservation is confirmed. We facilitate the transaction but shipping logistics are handled on a case-by-case basis.

When will I receive my payout?

Once a card is marked as SOLD and payment is confirmed, your payout status changes to DUE. Payouts are typically processed within 3-5 business days. You'll be notified when your payout is processed and marked as PAID.
